fan performance data and has full e-commerce capability. The system is database driven to
facilitate pricing maintenance and addition of new fan ranges. Program modifications can be made to

user names and passwords. |

A log is generated keeping a record of names
and times users logged on to the program. |

be assigned to individual users to allow the user access to fan
selection only or to both selection and pricing. |

The program allows users to generate and save
quotations. |

Individual users have access to only
his/her saved selections. The fan manufacturer has access to all saved
quotations giving full transparency to the outside sales activity. |

Saved quotations can be converted
to electronic sales orders without re-entering any data. Sales orders
are transmitted to the company in real time. This reduces the sales
rep's work load, saves processing time and reduces errors. |

Mechanical Design: |

Maximum stress levels are calculated for all
rotating fan components. Mechanical design and material selection for
impeller components are based on maximum stress levels. |

The rotating assembly is designed to run
below the first critical speed. Shaft design is based on a rotating
assembly critical speed ratio of 1.4. |

Bearing selection based on a minimum
bearing life of 90,000 hours (10 years). |
